What's the fastest way to grow indoor sun loving plants?

With "full spectrum" lighting;. Either special fluorescent grow tubes (not incandescent bulbs - they are bogus) or with warm white fluorescent and 1/3 as much wattage regular incandescent. Between the two, you will get the spectrum you need.

Bean sprouts or alfalfa sprouts, lettuce and spinach are about the fastest. Nasturtiums will grow quickly too.
