How Does The Sun Help Plants Grow?

i want a strait answer

How Does The Sun Help Plants Grow?
Sun gives off radiation with can carry healthy nutrients to plants (the equivalent to food). The leaves on the plants absorb the nutrients and turn them into energy. The plants use this energy to grow. This is also calle Photosynthesis. The nutrients are also what turns the plants green.

Reply:sun =light energy.

plants photosythesisize.

so they need the energy.
Reply:Plants use corbondioxide like we use oxygen. The food or nutrients come through the roots and through photosynthsis are mixed to burn and create energy. the bye product is oxygen.
Reply:Sun light aids the plants in the process of photosynthesis in which light energy is used to make sugar energy from carbon dioxide and water which in turn releases oxygen into the air.
